Now, about that best teacher. I have 30 years’ experience in developing, negotiating and monitoring contracts for global corporations. Before going into real estate, I founded and was CEO of a consulting firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and Tucson. We assisted top management of Fortune 100 corporations, government agencies, nonprofits and small businesses in the areas of targeted marketing, program management, risk management, strategic planning, contract negotiations, compliance and contingency planning. 


So yes, I know my way around a contract. Real estate contracts require in-depth knowledge of contractual requirements and expertise in negotiating terms and conditions. As a REALTOR®, I can put my skills to use in a new way. My sales performance has won me high honors at Long Realty, including repeat membership in the 1926 Circle of Excellence. I’m ranked in the top five percent of REALTORS® nationwide.


I’m a problem-solver, whether it involves negotiating a contract or bringing a transaction to a successful close. Once, when a buyer was denied a loan just two days before closing, I found another lender and obtained loan approval within a week. Another time, I represented a seller who was moving to an assisted-living facility. I arranged everything from the estate sale to cleaning the property.
